We transformed this single detached Lynn Valley property in North Vancouver from an out dated home to an efficient and extravagant dwelling.  We removed all interior and exterior finishes and started fresh from the existing skeleton.  With clients that were very involved in the project every step of the way, we created an updated space that was tailored to their needs and style in every way possible. The contemporary exterior featured a smooth Hardie panel finish trimmed out with anodized aluminum flashings and a sheet metal roof.  We installed new cabinets, tile floors and walls, engineered maple wood floors, countertops, plumbing and electrical fixtures, appliances, stair banisters and shower glass throughout the home.
