In this low-rise commercial Downtown heritage building we changed the existing open-air concept into sectioned use areas by installing walls and pass throughs. The retro style lighting fixtures were constructed from cast iron plumbing pipe and powdered coated. We installed millwork benches, desks and tables, lighting fixtures and refinished the existing wood floors.
