Labourer/Truck Driver
Description

We are looking for a labourer to join our team. Construction
experience is considered an asset; however all those with a can do attitude, who
enjoy driving, learning, and helping others are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clear Drivers Abstract
  • OFA training is considered an asset
  • Prior construction experience considered an asset
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Arrive on site prepared for work with the tools necessary to complete required tasks
  • Drive work truck to conduct deliveries and garbage runs
  • Move/load/unload various materials
  • General housekeeping including maintaining a tidy and orderly job site
  • Assist carpenters and sub-trades to complete site tasks
  • Set up/removal of protection material for finished work (i.e. laying Ram Board, laying drop sheets, setting up poly walls, etc.)
  • Keep orderly records of truck mileage, job receipts and accurate timesheets
  • Various other tasks as required
