FEC’s high end service ranges from heritage home refurbishments to second storey additions. Our commitment is to deliver the same attention and finish to our clients with every aspect of the project managed and completed by ourselves. We take care of everything from planning through to completion. We provide you with high end finish and professional service using our own teams to progress the works. Our in house team consists of carpenters, painters and project management. Our external resources include electricians, plumbers, tile setters, cabinet makers and interior designers that we have worked with for many years.

Choose a Designer

Introduction to interior designer, draftsmen, or architect (note: basic economy renovations may not require a design professional). We are happy to introduce you to our trusted colleagues.
Design Development with your Design Professional

Design development with the design professional. This will include prepping for a development or building permit application in your municipality if required.
Determine the Project Budget

Once the design development is complete with your design professional we will provide a detailed budget proposal based on the drawings and specifications of your project. We will work with you and your design team to achieve a budget you are comfortable with.
Construction Process

We work directly with the client, design professional, the municipal building authorities, and any other required consultants to see your project through to the end.
